Rescheduling Fees: Just like you we hate extra fees too however, We strive to keep our services as competitive and as low as possible and one way we do this is instead of increasing all our customer service rates for everyone we apply one time fees when someone ask us to come out on a different day or time then their regularly scheduled day when their technician is not in the area. For example, if the technician is scheduled to work an area in Pikeville TN but was asked to come back for one stop on a day he will be servicing in Dunlap its uses valuable time and gas to go back. The good news is if you have to reschedule we only charge a $5.00 fee for the gas. That breaks down to $2.50 each way. Also your tech will be glad to work with you anyway he can and can make you the very first or last stop or anywhere in between. Every persons schedule is different and if you need a different day altogether for the month we will be glad to do that. Another thing we might suggest is you could leave your payment in your grill or under a door mat or we have different card payment arrangements we can make in our office with a phone call. This is something you could work out with your technician or our office to better fit your needs. Just think If your tech has 10 people that reschedule in one week that's a lot of time and driving.
